So this Real Estate Investing thing can be AWFULLY interesting! This was from a property we determined would be better served if we cleaned it out. The real lesson here is that “Time is money”, but we saved $300 for only 2 hours of elbow grease. Of course, we ran into a few interesting things that became memories of my investing days I will never forget!!
